CHARTWELL ASSET MANAGEMENT Sdn. Bhd.
has been appointed as the new property manager of MENARA MUTIARA.

**Shah Alam Properties (SAP) will no longer be the management company**

CHARTWELL will be responsible for the overall management

of the buildings and common property areas.

CHARTWELL will also be responsible for collecting ALL payments including building maintenance, service charge,water bill, and sinking funds.
