Kindly note that for the past 8 months, our building was not properly insured due to SAP failing to pay the insurance fee.

We understand from the Insurer that were only paid RM5000 out of the RM55000 of cover, any incidents occurring would have rendered us without cover.

We now intend to initiate proper cover and would require the full cooperation of the residents to pay the full insurance premium when we issue the invoice.

You can direct all your queries to SAP regarding why SAP did not pay the premium despite collecting the funds.

We aim to improve the standard of Menara Mutiara.
