The Menara Mutiara Joint Management Committee (MMJMC) is concerned that residents are not paying their service fee and water charges as promptly as expected for this month.

The MMJMC would like to remind all residents that if prompt payment is not made, it will not be possible to pay for the upkeep of Menara Mutiara or to undertake any of the improvements planned.

The MMJMC hopes that all residents will give their cooperation by paying their service fees and water charges in full so that the improvements plans for Menara Mutiara can be implemented.

Please also remind your neighbours to do the same. We don't want to sink because of a few leaks...

The MMJMC is a 'committee of the residents, by the residents, and for the residents'. We aim to improve the situation in Menara Mutiara for all.
