Menara Mutiara residents have long been facing the issue of poor security. Over the years, under the old management, there have been many cases of break-ins, burglary, larceny, carjacking. These incidences are considered serious because in many instances, not only were the property of the residences that were at stake, but personal safety was threatened.
Therefore, the MMJMC puts 'security' as the number one issue on its priority list.
A new security improvement program has been implemented and we hope that you will see the results for yourself.
All the items below have now been implemented:
1. The appointment of a new security firm
2. Thorough background checks on all personell
3. New entry/exit procedures for visitors and contractors
4. Implementation of access card system for residents
5. Installation of electronic boom gates activated by access card system
6. Installation of CCTV monitoring system
As most of us know our buildings are in need of repainting, below are just two options we are looking at:
Some improvements have already taken place, others are scheduled to begin after August 2009.
For these improvements to take place, we need money.
Therefore, please settle all your outstanding payments accordingly.
