Dear Valued Owners/Residents/Tenants,

Please be advised that the Access card for the Barrier gates has been activated, with effect from today.

Owners/residents/Tenants that have already collected the Access Card please start using it to enter and exit at the Guard House Barrier gates.

For those who have not collected the Access Cards, please apply at the Management Office as soon as possible. The Guards have been instructed; register all cars entering without access after the 30^th August 2009. To avoid any inconvenience please get your Access Cards before the 30^th August 2009.

For those who have problem opening the barrier gate with the Access Card, please inform the Guard who will assist you and also give him the Access Card serial Number so that the Management can rectify the technical problem.

 Use of Vehicle Access PASS. Therefore, beginning August 1, 2009, the MMJMC will be implementing the use of the  VehicleAccessPASS (Sticker).
 
All residents are required to display the new PASS on their vehicles.

A 7 day grace period (until 08/08/09) is allowed for residents to obtain this PASS. After this grace period, any vehicles not displaying the PASS must register at the guardhouse at every time they enter or exit MM.

*Conditions of parking:
- A unit can have up to 5 PASSES at one time. However, only 1 parking bay is allocated for each unit (2 bays for penthouses). You can only park at your allocated bays or at the visitors’ lot. Parking at other areas designated as 'no parking' will result in your vehicle being clamped. RM100.00 will be charged for clamp removing fee.

*To obtain the PASS, please submit the following at the new management office:
 

- RM5.00 (non refundable) for each PASS
- A copy of your S&P (owners only)
- A copy of your Tenancy Agreement (tenants only)
- A completed 'VehicleAccessCard & VehicleAccessPass Application / Replacement' form.
(This form is available at the Management office now).

3. Installation of Electric Barrier Gates and use of Vehicle Access CARD. After the installation of the electric barrier gates sometime in the next few months, the MMJMC will be implementing a Vehicle Access CARD system. Hereafter, the CARD will be used in conjunction with the PASS. We will update you on the progress of this system in due time.
